Say I wanted to make a toothbrush, how would I go about doing this?
Also, is there any kind of counter-measures or rules against making inappropriate map content, such as a map detailed to look like a naked person for example?

If you want to make a model, it probably won't work out without past experience.

If you simply want to make a new unit with a pre-existing model, using the Object Editor.

I want to make a model of a toothbrush, make my own skin for it, and use it as a builder.

@ToolTip - That's why theres things called tutorials, they help you get experienced enough to learn how to make the things you want.
