cant delete program

Ok I downloaded Wildtangent Web Drivers onto my computer to play this one game on the internet. I scanned it with anti-virus and nothign showed up so it seemed ok. A few days ago I ran SpyBot Search and Destroy and it said that the drivers I downloaded were some kind of spyware or something so I deleted the files it brought up. Then I went into add/remove programs and tried to remove the drivers. Whenever I click remove this program it acts like I never clicked it so i cant remove it. Any way I can remove this junk?

WildTangent manual removal:
Delete registry values:
Browse to the key:
'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Run'
Delete the value 'wcmdmgr'

Delete directories:
\wt

It seems that the registry is clear of that key but the Wild Tangent icon is still under my add/remove programs list. I cant remove it either. Any help there?
 
I'm using Windows XP: Home Edition. If you need any more information about my comp. just ask.
 
If you have problems removing things in real mode, try it in safe mode.
 
Well I found out how to start in safe mode but I was still unable to remove the program from the add/remove programs section.

    Yeah google does not filter those bots. I remember when Apex was doing Google ads I saw the same IPs in there as I was seeing here - google is totally tracking all those bots as traffic and most google traffic, at least ours, was all bots
