Can't get on Battle net!!! Please help

I have a modem and my internet connection is working but when I try to connect, it says that it is unable to connect to Battle.net, If you are using a modem blah, blah, blah...

I have the same problem. But I am not using AOL i have verizon at aol. I dont understand. help please!!

i have the same problem. according to battle.net and blizzard , its a Trojan virus from some other software. i tried following directions on how to fix it but nothing works. =/

Go from there for you people who are having troubles connecting to bnet. (i'm guessing your behind a firewall/router)

As for the trojan thing, i have no clue never heard of it, maybe scan your computer for viruses, but i've never heard a response like that from bnet.

Usually if you put the exact error message into a search engine like Google or Yahoo, they come out with webpages that have fixes for it.
