Can't get rid of Select User

I'm creating several buildings that will sell items to heroes and I'm having trouble with 2 of the 3 buildings. Selling 12 items from the Goblin Merchant, there is no trouble. From the Goblin Laboratory and the Marketplace however, the last item (position 3,2) is moved left one slot (to 2,2) and the Select User ability is in slot 3,2. All three buildings have the same 2 abilities: Select Hero and Shop Purchase Item. I've set up all the items' Art X and Y positions so they should all be in place. Any idea why this is happening? Any help is greatly appreciated...

I never noticed the Select User, though its probrably in the ability editor... Not exactly sure if this works but maybe u can change the icon to none, or icon position to 3,3 (off screen) once again im not sure

What if both sell exactly the same sets of items? Does that fix it?

I tired setting the art position of the ability to 3,3 and the editor will not let it happen. It makes the y position 2 when I click ok. Also, setting one building's list of sold items did not clear it up. Weird problem or bug, im not sure. Anyway, thanks for the help, but I'm wussing out. I'm simply going to sell only 11 items and let the select user have the final slot. Thanks for your suggestions once again!

Oh wait i remember change the 'Select Hero' to 'Select Unit' that should fix it

That means you'd probably get crashes when the shop tries to sell to something without an inventory.
