Can't remove tileset grass

Is there any way that I can remove tileset grass?It seems like i can't remove it <.<

in custom tileset you can remove some tiles some don't, its kinda weird though... in this case, you can't remove the grass

The latest NewGen Pack includes UMSWE, which can do this too.

Edit : I Set to my desired one ,but that's not changing anything? <.<

Quickly after i realised that my desired grass is on cliffs,and i't can't be removed <.<

You can't edit cliff tiles without changing the entire tileset.

You could import over the cliff tile you don't want.

Using the import manager, import another cliff tile with the path of the old one.
It will take extra space, and you won't be able to use the old one.

I suggest you pick a tileset with the cliffs you want (Or at least one of them)
