I don't think it looks like jack sparrow, change the hair too black, add long black beard, ect.

This is was an old request that I did. He liked it, I didn't know who he was he just had a weird angle of him (picture) I did my best to match the picture

I think it looks allright.

You should mention that implementers need to use the Admiral Proudmoore model
in order for the skin to work (that won't be obvious to some).
