In Cataclysm, we’ll be seeing an upgrade to the current guild system with a guild “leveling and rewards” system. Basically, you’ll be able to complete various activities to level up your guild, unlocking features, items, heirlooms, and even cool looking mounts. A couple of clarifications were made by Blizzard, first and foremost, guild rewards will have 3 requirements that you need to fulfill to acquire them. Your guild will first need to complete the specific achievement, then you will need a certain reputation with the guild, which you can gain by completing quests. Once you gain enough reputation with your guild, you’ll be able to buy the reward with gold.
