This has nothing to do with warcraft 3 tft world editor, but i was playing on battle.net,then i logged off, and the next day i wanted to play warcraft 3, it says someone is using the cd key when i am the only person using that cd key. Then i uninstalled it abd instlled it again and it still says that cd is being used WAT THE HECK :banghead:

Well maybe someone stole your key. If you let a so called "friend" who has warcraft but lost their key see your case, maybe the stole it. Lol, longshot, but my one friend lost his key so took my other friends one time (not that the 2nd friend really cared) so they can't be on at the same time.

Its like i pressed alt+F4 and got out of the game and a day later i tried that again and it says i am using my own cd key. WAT THE HECK MAN THATS GAY

I had this same problem with Diablo 2 once and it sucks!!! The problem went away after a week or so. Try to log in on several times of the day. Remember: if you are successfully logged in, the other guy that stole your key will not be able to log in then, and he will have to look for another CD key. A good remedy could be to stay logged in the whole day. If the key-stealer is addicted to the game he will get frustrated like you that he can't play. It'll probably be over someday soon. You can contact Blizzard and send your own CD key. Look carefully: I made a typo and they never responded to any of my emails anymore, grr!

Restart computer, Diablo II especially has that problems, the servers are becoming very old. Warcraft III will do that also, so just restart your computer, it works every time.

Stealing cdkeys isnt new thing for someone who die to play warcraft since these software grabber is downloadable from internet these day,the threat might be more worse for those who running cybercafe as many hackers out there try to get their cdkeys illegally,Blizzard may need to reconsider better patch in future to secure this keys so they are unreadable to certain irresponsible quarters. :banghead:

If you are having problems with a cd key, I recommend trying to contact blizzard technical support as I did.

Explain the situation, and depending on whether or not they consider it valid / legitimate they will provide you with a mailing address.

Mail your cd case to blizzard with a typed up description of the situation, and a few weeks later they will send the cd case back with a new cd key sticker affixed to it.

cafe's dont let you allow to play on battle.net you play on lan, so they use the same key for every computer they install it on and it wont work on battle.net

So they either 1) are using an illegal pirated key 2) had their key stolen (as described above) and it got cancelled by Blizzard from b.net access or 3) Got issued a special key by Blizzard as part of some agreement/license to use the game at the cafe

And plenty of cafes do have b.net access... apparently thats very common in Korea anyway

All this talk about internet cafes, and I don't even know what an internet cafe is.

Is it a cafe to take your computer in and get on the intert, or a place to drink coffee with comptuers in it? OR, is a virtual cafe to drink virtual coffee?

And why would a cafe have Warcraft III on their computers?

Its a place that has a lot of computers that people come in. pay like 5 bucks an hour to use. Generally (especially in Asia) people who can't get online to play some games... ie MMORPG's Go there to play.
