Changing which units can be trained

How do you change which units a building can train.

I want to, after using an upgrade, remove the ability to train footman and replace it with the ability to train swordsman.

Any ideas?

Orcs have this with Berserkers.
So, you could have a look at the Troll and Berserker units, together with the Berserker ability and the Berserker upgrade.
Correctly set up custom versions of those will, most likely, do it.


If all else fails, there's the action "Player - Set training availability of unit",
that can be used to turn off the Swordman at the start,
then, after some upgrade is researched, to put them back and turn off the footman.
