Chaning unit pictures, adding frames

Somewhere I think I saw a program that lets you choose how many frames a unit uses, example: I am trying to make a Dead or Alive 3 mod for Starcraft, I want to change things like the khalis crystal and psi emmiter into new units, but i dont want to use another units pic, so if anyone knows the url of the site or at least what its called, can you please tell me.

Ok, since 11 views and noone has answerd it, maybe I didnt make it clear enough.

Its a programe that changes how many frames a unit uses, like how the battle cruiser has alot less frames than the marine.
Thats because the marine walks, and the battle crusier just sits there and floats, but if by tommorow nobodys answered it, Ill just change other units pics.
Maybe I could remove a whole race or something.
Theres not really any need for the zerg in DOA3...

I understand what the program does but i don't understand what the result of the changeing of the frames is

If you want to make it so you can add your own pictures instead of having regular sc pictures then the answer is that it is imposSible to do on multiplayer

if i did not intterpret this right please post a post that explains not the program you want but what you want to do.
