cheaters ?

i heard some users complaining bout cheaters .
okay lotta whining sore losers out there ..

since the maps are so huge you normally don't pay attention to it .

today something rather odd happend ..

some ppl where bitching bout a cheater ..
i didn't pay no attention to it ..

i tried to take the nothbase and i thought no one was there .. but since i did not capture the flag there was prolly someone ..
instead i go into one of the house i go lay on the ground against the side of a house ..
and i wait and i wait ...
suddenly this guy jumps infront of and b4 i can return even fire i am dead .
so i am wondering .. did he do a house by house search and would jump every corner .. or ....
guy had 19 kills and died once ..
odd... must be my paranoia .. but it was the same behaviour of a wall hacker
i tried to monitor him but he left 8 minutes later when the game ended

I've gotten 21 kills with no deaths, but that was only once... so it's not impossible
Today Oya and I were in a server and this guy had grenades out. He wasn't doing anything but standing there and killed us both. We looked up and he'd done it with a Bar. It didn't really make any sense

I personally think that anyone that kills me is a hacker

What I really hate are the name tags though, I wish only your team could see them or something.

well the damn game shows who and where that person is that killed u last. kinda ruins the fun of sniping. that and grenades are waaaaay overpowered. the balst radius is huge. the sherman is a fast tank i can be going full speed a guy can toss a grenade it bounces off the back of my tank goes in the opposite direction and i still get caught in the blast radius taking like half life then comes another and another. grenades need to be toned down just a bit. like to half of what they are now. right now the grenade is the lame BFG of BF1942

Wasn't there something about it puts names above people's heads so you can't hide or something?

it does put names over someones head for enemy if ur crosshairs hold on them the farther away they are, the longer u have to pin point them. so its really only useful for friend or foe recognition at relatively close range. a sniper can use that from much farther but he cant see thru buildings with it. so that aspect is really not a issue. what is a problem is the game showing the exact location of who killed u. it makes sniping almost useless.

Because then they can report back to their team and some plane dive bombs you. Suck.

Still sounds like fun though, wish I had some $$

game is alot of fun
the grenade is better then the bazooka ..
a skilled player with grenades is a dangerous foe .

on the otherhand a skilled player with a tank can do some awesome damage hehehe

the bazooka is quite powerful if u have a person that has figured out how to use one properly hehe. we are talking like one to two shot kills on tiger tanks. the best way to wack a tank is to get behind one go prone and aim so ur round hits the underbelly of the tank this produces one shot kills almost everytime. the pistol doesnt suck either once u get used to using it. in a tight confined place its almost as good as an assault rifle.
