cinematic help

im making a campaign and i want a cinematic to start at the beggining of the game and also with the cinematic i have it wont end and it stays in cinematic mode PLZ HELP ME!!!!!
 
could you post yoour trigger? it should have a turn off cinimatic mode, and eneble user control, and turn off letterbox mode, and reset camera for player bla.
 
It doesnt turn off Letterbox Mode Enable User Control or anything else, unless you tell it to in an action.

And to make it run at the beginning of the game, use the event elapsed game time is 1 second.
 
heres the trigger i have for claosing the cinematic:
-event
unit-unit enters region 000<gen>
-actions
cinematic-turn cinematic mode off for (all players)
cinematic-enable user control for (all players)
cinematic-turn off letterbox mode (show interface) for (all players)
fade in over 5.00
camera-reset camera for player 12 (brown) standerd game-view
over 5.00
