I'm pretty sure you wouldn't neg rep someone who posted "OMG EPIC IDEA OMFG I LOVE IT +REP 5/5". That's just as useless, in fact, it's even more useless because it doesn't even get the idea across to you that you should improve your map.

Neither does "wow this map sucks dick, un origonal crappy piece of shit." That doesn't try to get the idea across that you should improve your map, it says give up this sucks map a new map, not improve it. A good post should be something like this "The map need something more, it needs something else to make it origonal, I like the concept but it is un origonal, try add a new quest system/item system/unit system/ect." Not "crap boring"
