CLAN making

how come when my friends and i try to make a clan its so hard?
we have 11 ppl in the channel..no one is in a clan...when we try and make it everyone accepts but the clan isnt made..ive had experience in making clans before but ive never had any problems..anyone have any clues as to what is happening?

edit: and how long can i start to make a clan again..now i am unable to make one
 
nm found and fixed the problem..for future reference..3 of the ppl that were asked to help make the clan joined a clan on other accts 3 days ago..we subbed those 3 for another 3 that didnt join clans and it worked =)

    I'd rather personally just own a backup of the Nuon data than see it go to AtariAge honestly. If it gets enshittified as per usual, or if some of the "regular" Jaguar folks get there, it's not gonna be fun
