Combining Items

I need help in finding a trigger that'll combine items like in darkdeeds6' Cooking Pot. I cant find any because the only trigger available(that i've found) is one that requires the unit to be on the map.

Checked in free trigger code? There's a trigger there all about comibning items.

Uhm... No.. that's not exactly what i'm looking for.. i'm talking about combing items like recipes in dota.. but i want to combine items like in DarkDeeds6' cooking pot.

i think this is what ur looking for:

Unit - A unit Acquires an item
Conditions -
(Unit-type of (Triggering unit)) Equal to Footman
Actions - 
If (All Conditions are True) then do (Then Actions) else do (Else Actions)
    If - Conditions
        (Item-type of (Item carried by (Triggering unit) in slot 1)) Equal to Tome of Experience
        (Item-type of (Item carried by (Triggering unit) in slot 2)) Equal to Skeletal Artifact
    Then - Actions
        Item - Remove (Item carried by (Triggering unit) in slot 1)
        Item - Remove (Item carried by (Triggering unit) in slot 2)
        Item - Create Tome of Power at (Position of (Triggering unit))
        Unit - Order (Triggering unit) to Right-Click (Last created item)
    Else - Actions
Do nothing

im unsure if this work since im only doing it with heroes and not with "pots" and other buildings.(i did change it alitle so that it would be for normal units)

that part can be exchanged with Hero - Give item ... ....

He says in dota, meaning that ALL possible outcomes of the recipe will give you a product. In conclusion, the people that made dota have too much time on their hands (6 * 6 = 36 possible outcomes per recipe)

I mean to say that the slots dosent matter in dota.

and axe u can make a loop as phoenix told me a while ago when i was wondering almost the same thing. and if u dont make a loop u could just copy the trigger all the way and just change the values
