Constant Spam Attack - Registration for forum required now and has been

We are under some kind of spam attack that requires we have no automated checking systems. It looks like they got AI or a bunch of 3rd world country people signing up for websites and scripting it. I have blocked everything and I am actively monitoring the situation and am close to banning entire countries like Iran and India. I ban whole IP blocks - I am agressive on spam and I might have blocked you but if I did you would not be reading this except by proxy. I am sorry but it is necessary to keep the forum running. You can always send me an email at [email protected] to get a manual approval on your registration if you are a real person.

I have blacklisted many entire asian countries but we still get a couple of spams every day but nothing that is not manageable thank god. I do not know how we ever had open registration.
