Anyone know what unit visibility change rate does?

how fast you become invisible, the lower it is the slower it will make u invisible

Actually the lower it is the faster you would become invisible, a small mistake

Set it to 0 and give it permanent invisibility and you have truely permanent invisibility unit (Even when it attacks/casts a spell!)

Doesn't that just removing the fade? So instead of becoming invisible over 0.5 seconds its instant.

Yes, it's instant
You always became visible when attacking other units or moving
But if the blend time is 0 this means that after 0 seconds, you will turn back to be invisible.
Thus creating the effect of permanent invisibility.
