convert this to blp pls

yay at last i found an skin maker very good with lotta stuff and easy to use! someone please convert me this item to blp or what is needed to open it in WC3 image extractor.

He can't get it to open in Warcraft Image Extractor because he saved it as the wrong Targa. He didn't use the right program to compress it in the first place and Image Extractor can't read it when it's compressed like that.

    I'd rather personally just own a backup of the Nuon data than see it go to AtariAge honestly. If it gets enshittified as per usual, or if some of the "regular" Jaguar folks get there, it's not gonna be fun
