Converting Images, .BLP

Ok, my brain cells are dying and I'm sober.

I have a unit model. Goliath mech.

After much experimentation, I did this.

Original blp : 171k

Opened it with the Warcraft 3 Image extractor.

Did NOTHING.

Saved it under a new name.

New blp : 83k

New blp does not work. Wow. Image extractor botched it. All I see is the team color.

Now, W3IE is the ONLY program ALL these WC3 websites provide. I found other editors, but they can only EXTRACT.

I found one other that will save .BLP, but its beta, buggy, 2 years old, and doesn't work.

i can't help u there i just got the image extractor and i m still having problems with my loading screen.

Have you come across wc3viewer at all? does the same sorts of things as W3IE

Although I am personally still having lots of blp problems myself.
