First thing you will need the program WinMPQ v1.64. You can convert TFT models and features.
Installing the program
Now after downloading it, open the Zip file:
After, enter the Zip file called 'Vbr4.zip' and install 'setup.exe':
After open the Zip file called 'RunPack3.zip' and install 'setup.exe':
Now you have finished installing the WinMPQ v1.64!
Converting the map
Open the 'WinMPQ.zip' and then open the 'WinMPQ.exe':
You will get this screen:
Now make a New Folder in Desktop, and a new map (RoC) with the same name as the map you want to convert (TFT). In the RoC map, make the same Scenario as the TFT map (Loading Screen, Map Name, Players, Makers, etc...(If you are using loading screen, you need to import the LoadingScreen.mdx and press in loading screen, to use the model, if it will save the new map as TFT then you are not able to use loading screen pictures)):
Now press 'Open', Change the file type to 'All Files', and pick the TFT map and open:
Now mark every thing that is there and press Extract:
Now pick the 'New Folder' you have made and press OK:
Good job! Now you only have left to import the map into the new RoC map.
Press Open again and choose the new map (RoC) and open it:
Mark everything and press Delete on your keyboard and press 'Yes':
Now press 'Add Folder' pick 'New Folder' and Press OK:
It will open a window called 'Folder name...', press OK:
Now it will show you this, Press 'New':
Now pick the new map (RoC) and press Save:
It will show you this, press yes:
Congratulations! You have finished converting your map!
Now you can put it in your Warcraft III - Maps to host it in game!
After finishing converting the map, you should think of using Wc3MapOptimizer 4.0 to decrease the map's size, because most of the time, the convert make it really big.
You should also think of not using much imported models.
