I want to make an uber IMBA hero so... I gave him the ability to cooldown all the enemy's spells ^^ any idea how to do?

(dont tell me order the unit to cast all the spells ^^)

Unit - Reset ability cooldowns for (Triggering unit)
 
no, if you silence it stops the spells from casting for a short duration, i want the to make it as if the spells were just cast, so imagine a 180 wait ult yea...

    I'd rather personally just own a backup of the Nuon data than see it go to AtariAge honestly. If it gets enshittified as per usual, or if some of the "regular" Jaguar folks get there, it's not gonna be fun
