Copy and Pasting Help

No, the answer to this isn't Press Ctrl + V and then Ctrl + P

I screwed up on my previous map (I tried to add music to it, which somehow corrupt the whole thing making it unplayable) and I need to get somewhere around 148 custom units from it to the new map I'm making (Thats not counting custom abilities/items/etc.), I was just wondering if there is ANY way at all of mass copying and pasting or am I stuck having to slowly copy and paste each one individually?
 
Dude, if u have to much music (make the map bigger than 4 mb) then the maps useless bc you wont be able to host it on bnet and no1 will be able to play it...

    I'd rather personally just own a backup of the Nuon data than see it go to AtariAge honestly. If it gets enshittified as per usual, or if some of the "regular" Jaguar folks get there, it's not gonna be fun
