Costum UI?

Anyone who got any idea on how the UI in this video (Frontline EU) is done?

I'm mostly interrested in how to move the UI (the unit info in the corner and the battlenet social menu) as I know the rest is done with dialogs.

Any suggestions or tutorials on how to do this?

The custom UI is done by manipulating the SC2layout files. I have no personal experience with this because I'm pretty sure that any custom interface I do will look much worse than the default one.

However, many others have experimented with this with some great success and there are good tutorials on the subject. I think the best tutorial is this one (by Helral on SC2Mapster). OneTwoSC also made a video tutorial, applying it to the making of an RPG.
