Countdown timer?

I tried to create a countdown timer but it just doesn't work.

Countdown Timer - Start Timer as a One-shot timer that will expire in 30.00 seconds
Countdown Timer - Create a timer window for (Last started timer) with title
"Evacuation Time"
Show last created timer window

Am I doing something wrong?

How to create a trigger that will store this window? Where is the option in World Editor to create these variables?

ok the variable is considered timer. (and if you dont know how to edit variables its the trigger editor with the yellow >< type symbol..) not saying your stupid or anything...
