Create units at a building that was just built. with triggers

I am looking to have a hero be able to create a building. (and he can create multiple buildings, and multiple types of buildings that will all spawn different units). What would be the best way to do this?
Is there a way to create a region at a building? How does Tech Wars do it? I basically wana do wut they are doing.
Catch: It can't just spawn a new unit every 30 seconds or something. when the unit that it spawns (will be saved in a variable) dies, then it spawns a new one right away.

You could try enabling the peasant's "Build Structure" ability to be a hero ability. Never tried it, don't know if it works. And what do you mean "a building creating a region"?

when you create the building, a trigger creates a region around it. or is there a way to save the building in a variable and make it produce the unit? (the building could have the ability "Create Unit"

If you base your buildings on "Pocket Factory", the construction of units is pretty much automatic.

again, it can't be every 30 seconds or something like that, when the unit previously created by THAT BUILDING dies, then it makes a new one.
