creep reduction table

My hero always stopped lvling when he got to lvl 5, so i went to gameplay constants and found the creep reduction table. I set all of the variable things in creep reduction to blank, but it keeps reseting itself. I am so lost.

There needs to be at least one number in there...

Maybe: 80, 70, 60, 50, 40, 30, 20, 10

Important is the very last one.
Don't put 0 there. Put 10 (or something).


Note that you could put one single number there, like 100.
However, a level 12 Hero shouldn't really get any noticeable
experience from killing a Gnoll in two hits.

My game is an RPG and all of the creatures are creeps. So i need him to gain exp from them all the time. How?
