creep respawn

I wish to make it just like in COT RPG where when you kill a creep and as soon as you leave the spot where the creep was it respawns. How would I do this?
 
Lol if you like RPG's at all you'll like it alot. Well this might be easier but like after a certain amount of time after a unit dies replace that unit at the same exact spot with another one. For example I killed a Jungle Stalker and sat there for 10 seconds, then a new one appeared right there and that kept happening over and over. Heh sorry if some of my posts don't make perfect sense but I've never been one of the types too be very explanational or whatever you woud say.
