CS:S wierd problem

I have been on a few CSS servers where randomly when people shot instead of hearing the normal gunfire it sounded like really sharp white noise. Soon after too much of this noise CS:S would shut down saying hl2 had encountered an error. I don't know what it is, its only on a few servers, but im starting to think it has something to do with all of the gun skins, animations, and sounds i have since the noises only seen to occur on servers that have anti-cheat which basically makes it so everything you see is provided by the server, so skins, wallhacks, etc. don't work. If anybody knows a solution to this problem without completely deleting all my skins and restoring css please let me know

Sound like a server might have over wrote some standard sound files. or you added a mod mannualy that did, but for some reason didn't work right. Not 100% sure... hmm
