Dark nights?

Hello, is it possible to edit the darkness on day and nights in game?

And if its not possible, is there anyother way of making a Darker enviroment on map?

Darker? Hm...

Use the "Felwood" tileset.
Use Fog, thick, dark green preferably.
Together with heavy rain (snow?)


You don't necessarily need a day and night cycle.
Disable it and set to time to middle-of-the-night.

Aceheart, those things don't make the environment look darker.

Try using black fog.

You could also initially apply a transparent fade filter, although I doubt it will be very accurate.

The Felwood tileset is rather dark.
Well, on my comp it is, compared to the other tilesets at least.

Of course, tastes and colors...

unfortunately there's a brightness setting in the game which anyone can change to whatever they want. All I can suggest is make sure you have your brightness setting at the default value (1.0), and then see how dark you can go from there (using other people's suggestions about the tilesets).
