Dark Summoning

I have an item for an RPG based on Dark Summoning, which I would like to be able to summon ally units, as well as your own units. I tried adding "friend" and "allied" to the target's allowed field, but it didn't work. Is it hard-coded, then?

With some abilities you can't target allied units. This is because Blizzard doesn't want you to hmm... screw with other players like for example teleporting their units to a location to help you leaving their base undefended and etc.

But you can make a trigger that creates a dummy unit for all your allies and make them teleport their own units to your position. This shouldn't be hard coded for you if you know the basics of triggering (loops, dummy unit, dummy abilities).

Thanks Earl. That's what a figured (about screwing your allies). I already did a trigger work around.
