Dark TD




History

The creatures of the hell realm are planing to
attack the earth with all they got! Now the simple
humans have to defend their lives and the lives of
their loved ones with all they learned in life!

The cruel battle takes place in the Twinlight
realm where nor Darkness nor Light can reach!
As the battle continues they receive help from
powerfull heros and merchants!

This doesn't look too promising. Why? The terrain is terrible. I am so sick of TD maps where their terrains are just total crap because the creator couldn't be bothered to give people something to stare at while they participate in the infernal repetitiveness that is the Tower Defense map genre.

Anyways, the other concepts are decent, but I think for the vote-kick system you should find a way to give players a BSOD with a command =P

I just don't expecified things cleary.

Terrain = Layout of the Map. In other words the LINES(bare bones) of the map.
Doodad = Things that make the map "colorfull"(can't find a better word). Like the terrain type(grass or rocks). things like this =X


And what is BSOD? =X

That's not really what I mean. What I mean is (for example) remove all of the cliffs and just make a path out of tiles, and then some trees and hills in the background just to make everything look nice. Just scenery, really. And tile variation.

But this i how i wanted to be =O
and with the cliff subject...

Maybe i could remove and put in my storyline that a magical barrier is protecting the humans.

Or make only the first cliff be high them the rest be lower to be like a barrier

What do you think that will fit better?

If i can i will update it today. But if my mother say to me to go sleep i will have to make it tomorow =D.

    The bots will show up as users online in the forum software but they do not show up in my stats tracking. I am sure there are bots in the stats but the way alot of the bots treat the site do not show up on the stats

    Another issue I'm learning is that a lot of the air quality sensors don't work at very high ambient temperatures. I'm planning on heating this enclosure to like 60C or so, and that's the upper limit of their functionality

    Although I don't know if I need to actually actively heat it or just let the plate and hotend bring the ambient temp to whatever it will, but even then I need to figure out an exfiltration for hot air. I think I kind of know what to do but it's still fucking confusing

    I bitch about Xenforo sometimes but it really is full featured you just have to really know what you are doing to get the most out of it.

    I do know this - xenforo dropped the ball by not keeping the vbulletin reputation comments as a feature. The loss of the Reputation comments data when we switched to Xenforo really was the death knell for the site when it came to all the users that left. I know I missed it so much and I got way less interested in the site when that feature was gone and I run the site.
