Hello,

I create 4 triggers:

Trigger 1

event any unit dies
condition unit type of unit is 'Giant Marine'
action create 1 'Large Marine' for triggering player at position of 'triggering unit'...


Trigger 2

event any unit dies
condition unit type of unit is 'Large Marine'
action create 1 'Medium Marine' for triggering player at position of 'triggering unit'...


Trigger 3

event any unit dies
condition unit type of unit is 'Medium Marine'
action create 1 'Small Marine' for triggering player at position of 'triggering unit'...


Trigger 4

event any unit dies
condition unit type of unit is 'small marine'
action create 1 'baby marine' triggering player at position of 'triggering unit'...

Yes this will work.

I would personally be doing this via the data editor. Take a look at the Zerg Building Dies 6 and Zerg Building Dies 9 behaviours which create Broodlings(?) when a Zerg building dies.

It works but there is only 1 problem

When the giant marine is moving, the large marine wont continue his orders

OMG why is there always something ??

You will probably have to use a trigger for that then.
I'm not sure this works, as I havent got time to test it, but test it out yourself.

    • Unit - Any Unit dies
  • Local Variables
  • Conditions
    • (Unit type of (Triggering unit)) == Marauder
  • Actions
    • Unit - Replace (Triggering unit) with a Marine using New Unit's Default vitals
    • Unit - Order (Last created unit) to ((Triggering unit) order at index 0) (Replace Existing Orders)
