Deleting abilities causes crash

I have about 1.5MB of Ability data, I want to transfer them to make some quick test map,
I use File \ Export Abilities Settings... and File \ Import Abilities Settings.. to do the transfering.

But when I delete some unused abilities, the NewGen (or WE) crashes

anyone know another way to delete abilities?

Do you save and restart Newgen before doing so ?
Might be needed :S XD

nope, didn't work.

I want to delete all the abilities of Humand and Neutral Hostiles

Hmm... I tried to export ability data and then merge it in another map but the option "Merge Object Editor Data" and many other options from the catagory Extensions don't work.
If I can't do this I don't have any reason to continue map making.

Someone reply with a solution please
