Diablo Bnet Server connection pblm PLEAZE HE

Hi,
I have the following problem (for 4 days now) :

I had to reinstall my ADSL program and since then I cannot access diablo Bnet. Last week everything was running smooth...
However, I can access and play with Warcraft 3 on Bnet... And all other internet related programs are running smooth.

I tried reinstalling ADSL prog again; but same result

I have the same problem on all servers, not just europe

I have reset the server list with regedit

I have contacted my ISP (coudn't help)

I have reinstalled D2; problem still there

I have disconnected all FW and antivirusses

I tried telnet with europe.battle.net and i reached the chat channel with my account ... apparently no pblm

What happens precisely when I try to connect :

during connection, the amount of time being spent on each section is random (2 sec to 10 min+).

1) says : connecting to fastest server (takes a lot of time very often ; can block here)
2) says : accessing your account (often blocks here)
3) says enter login + password ; I do and press enter (and often block here)
4) An empty character account window appears and it says either "you were disconnected from Bnet" or "realm down" . But I rarely reach this point.

I have the same problem at all times of the day

also something odd,
when i reinstalled diablo, I succesfully downloaded the patch 1.10

PLEASE HELP me

my HC characters are gonna get deleted

Specs :

Win Xp
SP1
i'm using a netgear router (all ports enabled) but I have the same result with a direct computer-modem link
