Diablo II - is it Possible to play as Diablo himself

I saw a screenshot of someone playing as Diablo in D2 2 years ago but I forgot where it is located.

But is there really a way to play as Diablo, Mehisto, Baal, Andariel or Duriel instead of the seven character classes??

If there is a way, then please give all necessary info!!

There is a way actually, it's called hexing...however, that is illegal, and should not be looked in to.

I assumed we were talking about multi-player, legal gameplay, in which there would be no chance of bannage.

Actually, there are some "Hacked" items that change your form to a monster specified. These items are made through 3d-party programs and i don't want to go there
