Long one. I seemed to recall that Blizzard mentioned this before in a preview video. But I forgot what and where that preview video is. Since I brought this topic up, I wanted to ask each of map scripters: What's the farthest limit the GUI-only map can go? Before thinking about coding and stuffs, we haven't seen much on GUI scripting. I think it's best for us to have some second thoughts on whether to "pre-learn" C language or use the GUI. I know coding is way better than GUI (GUI <= Coding), but to what extent does the coding benefits from GUI? It's possible all codes can be made just by using GUI. It's possible GUI is a "keyboard replacement/mouse-only coding" alternate method. It's possible that GUI is as readable as the codes used in the editor. There could be more variables, more tables, more randomness, more constants, more etc. than Warcraft 3 TFT. What do you guys think?
