Diff Versions of StarEdit

Hi, umm this is my first time using this forum, anyway i was wandering where can i get a star editor that can make units like Arcturus Mengsk (BC) and Gerrad DuGalle (Ghost), On the map Movie Contest it has Arcturus in it. Also I was wandering where I could get a version that makes Up-nd-Down lines for different terrains not diagnol like the Matrix Defense maps. If you know where i could get a Star Edit like this or how to make this units please tell me, Thanks

Ye, but wut about the units? i d/led both but neither let me use units like Gerrad Dugaulle, do you know of any programs that can let me do that?
