Disable ability

Hi,

I would like to disable ability from heros when they carry a certain item.

I want my heros not being able to attack or to cast spell (except auras).

How can it be made ?

But I didn't manage to make my item have the silence buf (no spell castable) on the hero carrying it

Some one has an idea ?
