Disabled Icon

Well I made a custom icon and a disabled icon. I succesfully got the regular icon in but how do I get the disabled one in and working?
 
are you implying that you did this by reading the custom icon blurb in the FAQ? If so, is there a part of the blurb that isn't clear to you?
