Disabling Chat Messaging

I would like to create a map with chat messaging dissabled, if there is a way to do this any help would be apreciated

heh... I know my way around the editor pretty damn well and I can tell you, That would be impossible... also, why? Talking is important! Though I have tried to do this so as to make cheat codes not show the words typed... but I don't think there is a way to do this...

My objective is to make it make a realistic Battle Royal Map, where people can only be heard within a certain radius, and can be heard by everyone within that radius

You could always spam the screen with " " 20 times if someone says something out of range.

while it would be possible to spam the screen when out of range, it is impossible (as far as i know) to to show this as a chat message, so the message would still be visable.
