Disabling Taskbar Display

How do I disable this miniature display of whats minimized on my taskbar on last xp?

That's how mine looks, I don't know why yours doesn't have that option. Try reverting back to the Aero theme, disabling it then going back to the old theme.

This is all I get. I'm pretty sure the problem is because I'm on last xp.

that's obviously your problem... and is not supported here, go buy Windows.
