Disconnection Problems!!!!!

Hi,
I got Battlefield 1942 quiet a while back. I had no problems with playing Battlefield 1942 until rather recently. I came upon your site after looking for connection problems with Battlefield1942 in Google. I also noticed that a lot of people were having them, but I don't think they all have the same reasons as myself.

Here are the specs of my computer:
DELL P4 CPU 1.8 Ghz
768MB's of RAM DDR
Nvidia GeForce 3 Ti200
Cable Internet


It started quiet a few months ago when I started getting disconnected from all types of servers. It started after I reformatted my computer for the very first time. (I got it done by a computer guru) This was happenning a lot(the disconnecting part), it would happen at least 4 to 5 times a half an hour. I knew that was not a coincidense. It was getting awful so I tryed reinstalling Battlefield: Vietnam to see if it was only that game. Of course it also happened to BF: Vietnam. I have looked up multiple support forums and friends to ask why the heck am I being disconnected so much. No one has given me a clear answer. Punkbuster has nothing to do with it because I make sure pb is updated. Here is all of the things I have tryed:

-Checking EA Games FAQ/Technical Support
-Sending them an email (Not very helpful)
-Reformatted my computer to many times to count
-Took away the middle man or the router to the internet
-Called my ISP to ask how my connection is... Getting decent speeds...
-Of course updating pb, but I don't believe that has anything to do with it. . .
-Removing multiple appz, to see if any of them our interfering with regular computer functions
-Checking for viruses or spyware
-Going to Tech Support Forums/Friends
-Updating my video card drivers
-Updating DirectX
-Recently added USB2.0 (Tryed removing that)
-Video card is ver loose in the back of my computer (Still not sure about that) Have readjusted that several times
-Checked Google to see if anyone else has had the same problems...

Nothing has worked and I would really love to start playing Battlefield 1942 again. Just nothing is working to get rid of my darn internet problems. I keep on getting disconnected from an internet server multiple periods of times... Sometimes I am able to stay on a server for a while and sometimes I can't. Like I said before I'm tired of getting Disconnection Problems... This has been going on to long, I am ready for a resolution! Nothing is working, though I have been looking into getting a new video card for my pc to see if that works or not. Any assistance would be grealty appreciated. Oh yes, I am getting pretty good download speeds of around 200 to 300 KBs....

    Today I had to scramble, I didn't work most of dinner service and no one told me shit. They had a rough few hours lol

    I have two salmon, Sockeye and Atlantic. Atlantic is used for the kids salmon and the salmon and beet salad, and can also be added onto any dish or just as a side. Atlantic salmon will almost exclusively ever be FARMED, as it is endangered in the wild, and we ALWAYS cut them to 4 ounces.

    SOCKEYE salmon, very different and this IS wild caught. We have an ENTREE version, and an add on version. The entree is 7 ounces, the add on is 4. Why? Because that is how someone that wasn't me set up the computer.

    So, taking into consideration that what I typed out up there is kind of some fucking nonsense that under normal circumstances no one really needs to fucking be able to explain in any rational way

    Let alone trying to figure it out from a wildly stressed out me that is also on a phone call trying to get something to show up from Seattle tomorrow while trying to explain this salmon situation, that also is barely solved in maybe a few hours and and but I am bulking it with a few steelhead filets I have and that is a WHOLE fucking different thing to the 19 year old server that got put on day shift C crew that doesn't know who I am.

    I did however really want days. I like getting off at 4 half the time, and that makes it worth it!

    All in all though I think this summer is going really well. Some complicated things, but at the end of the day it isn't THAT big of a deal. Not all of our servers have quite realized they are technically sales

    Like yeah it is a substitute, but FOMO. Chef isn't getting this again this year, he has to figure it out, so it's slightly off on the menu, but that is more or less the LOWEST quality and price. Right now, steelhead is a real stealhear, right?

    Maybe the bartender. Idk, it's one of my favorite things to hear them go from calm to customer service voice. They will translate it to like "The chef is trying to change that a bit right now so he does have a Alaskan river steelhead. Yeah like the one you might fish probably!" And then the girls can bat their eyes and do pretty girl server shit
