Does this line leak?

It looks like it destroys the special effect as it creates it, so I hope the special effect doesn't leaks. However, I am not sure if making an effect on a unit leaks anything, like a location for instance? Not too familiar with how it work.

btw, "a" was set to GetTriggerUnit() earlier in the trigger, in case u were wondering what that was.

So back to the question, does the line of code leak anything or is it fine to leave as is?
