Just a quick question- what are you going to do when you finish the Dreamlord maps? Moove to SCII ? Well I have about 5 startet projects(none of them are posted on TH) and when i finish them i will quit the warcraft III map maiking forever

On topic- Please, for gods sake do somthing with the dreamlord multiplayer game battle system. The normal mele system isn't sufficent for this kind of project.

Well I don't really know Starcraft so probably no. You said you'll stop making W3 maps... well I have something similar in my mind. After I finished the last Dreamlord episode, I will only help people here, think of systems and maybe create some mini games. But nothing big. I have a feeling that this story is unique enough to make ppl wanna know what will happen to the characters in the further episodes, and that is why I keep releasing these. Otherwise I'd have stopped at Episode I, and 'never return' if you know what I mean.

Dreamlord II. has some new features, which I will add to AWDT. This will make it much more spicy. The current version of AWDT is just a raw beta with some stable systems.

I know. You see, I missed warcraft III because of my age. Now I am 15 at last and i will not do the same with SCII

That is understandable. Tho I don't think you missed W3. There are games in the world that will never be forgotten. Like pacman or tetris. Well W3 is much more complex, but I think somewhere it is one of these unforgettable softwares. :rolleyes:

Hopefully I'll finish this at the weekend (+/- 1 or 2 days). I've tryed to use simple still 'entertaining' trigs so there won't be many bugs. However I'll need beta testers and reviewers. Those who have some time to seek bugs or just criticise it please report here! :shades:

LEt's see what we have so far
1 Dreamlord I stunned me with the idea to cast spells with the keyboard. The spells were too little but it was still stunning.
2 The Alter way Thingy witch i tested just for 3 mins had a cool adition with you haveing to write codes. Wich is baisicly the same as in DL 1 BUT with some futuristic style.
So...I am expecting moore from the same and somthing that i haven't thought to think up.LEt's just say that I will have somthing to play for a while.

a Sugjestion- make a DL RPG. somthing that will mix the normal world, the futuristic world and the Dreamworld. Why not make it like the Fallen monk system(you can enter different areas) Reason for this- I wloudn't like to see DL go to hell after the last map.
And, for the third part of DL, you are a better triggerer then me and some of the systems you have thought up o wloudn't, but if you need any sugjestions about spells/traps/boss battles/puzzles give me a call.

Well I can't say this episode holds many surprises... There is a well known gametype in it which is not familiar with the previous Dreamlords, and a (imo) cool new style of feeling on some maps.
So don't expect incredible changes coz you'll be disappointed, tho the story will surely hit. ;)

As I see you are near at compleating this thing. I have a question- when are you going to do the third episode? How much time after the second one?

I have the feeling that Shane Scarlight is the bad guy in this sequel.

Yes, you are wrong. "There is no good or evil. There is only the strong, and the weak." :)

Even in the first Dreamlord, Shane seems like a bad person, mostly because of stereotypes that skeletons are bad. :D

    The bots will show up as users online in the forum software but they do not show up in my stats tracking. I am sure there are bots in the stats but the way alot of the bots treat the site do not show up on the stats

    I bitch about Xenforo sometimes but it really is full featured you just have to really know what you are doing to get the most out of it.

    I do know this - xenforo dropped the ball by not keeping the vbulletin reputation comments as a feature. The loss of the Reputation comments data when we switched to Xenforo really was the death knell for the site when it came to all the users that left. I know I missed it so much and I got way less interested in the site when that feature was gone and I run the site.
