Dual LAN: Which is better?

I have an ASUS A7N8X Deluxe Motherboard Rev 2.0 with the 1007 bios.

It comes equipped with both a NVidia Nforce MCP onboard Network adapter, and a 3Com 3C920B-EMB Network adapter.

In terms of performance, which one would probably run better?
 
They're probably about the same performance wise. I don't think you'll notice any significant difference regardless of which you go with. Of course, you could play with both and see which is faster and uses less CPU time yourself.
