Dummy Unit not casting?

So I got my trigger, made the dummy unit, and ordered it to cast the Fs's chain lightning. The wierd thing is that it doesnt cast it, but the actions that kills the dummy unit works (the unit still had a shadow effect and I saw it dissapeer, that's how I knew that the trigger killed the unit).

Here's my trigger:

Unit - A unit Begins casting an ability

(Ability being cast) Equal to Final Lightning 

Set DummyUnits = Dummy Final Lightning
Set DummySpells = Final Lightning Dummy Chain Lightning 
Unit - Create 1 DummyUnits for (Owner of (Casting unit)) at (Target point of ability being cast) facing Default building facing degrees
Unit - Order (Last created unit) to Orc Far Seer - Chain Lightning (Target unit of ability being cast)
Unit - Kill (Last created unit)

It is being killed before it has the time to properly cast the spell. Kill it 0.5-1 seconds later

your dummy unit has mana?? to cast or the abilite don cost mana?
and add some wait before kill

Ok thx guys, Il do all of those things and try again. Btw this is my first spell involved with dummy units so I realy want it to work.

You also forgot to add the dummy spell ability to the unit (unless the unit has that ability by default)

Ya, I found that out by myslef, as I tested after what you said, it didn't work so I was wondering, what would be the problem, I tried giving the spell to my dummy unit and it worked! Thx alot guys
