Duplicating a Unit

I need some help, I followed a tutorial word for word and the marine I tried duplicating is missing attack sound effects, the visual effects coming out of the gun when attacking, and no blood comes out of the enemy I'm shooting at.

How do I add those to my duplicated unit?

im guessing you messed up somewhere in the actor...

duplicating units is very easy.. Just delete what you have done and ill explain it in 4 steps.

1) find the unit you want to duplicate
2)untick all of the selections and make sure the only one ticked is the actor(only duplicate the actor)
3)after this is finished your unit should have an actor called _____copy
4)rename your actor, then go to the model field within the actor and specify the model for it .

If you want to do it another way, Go too the actor tab, duplicate whatever actor you want.. then set its unit token to a specified unit , adjust the model for the actor also since it tends to mess up (the editor automatically tries too link similar words together when creating new objects , which causes the model field to go blank at times)

Alright, I copied the original unit's model and set the copy's token unit to the new unit. Now my new unit is a giant spherical blob. I did this twice with two separate units and got the same results. What did I do wrong this time? lol
