Effect Circle

Hiya. Ive seen some maps where a spell is cast that makes a circle of something around the caster. Like a hero casts a fire-type spell, and a ring of flames goes around him. How can I do this? I tried the trigger for it in WEU, but I kind've want to know how to do it without using the pre-existing trigger.

Try experimenting with the point with polar offset stuff, found in any point menu.

It's called a nova. In the free trigger code thread, page 5, Rad has made a simple nova trigger.
