Engaging, but long RPG

As the academic year comes to an end, I've started to look for something to do over summer break.

I'm wondering if anyone has any good suggestions for a long, and by long I mean a few hundred hours of gameplay, engaging, something that I have to pay attention to over 95% of the time, RPG for the XBox 360.

Good luck finding one with a few hundred hours of gameplay. Ones like Oblivion are close to that, but most of it is sidequest exploration stuff. Only ones that I can think of are

If you truly want a few hundred hours of gameplay or more, switch to MMO's.

I think that the multiplayer patch is out now as well, so if you get tired of running around and slaughtering NPC's you can go online and stab other players
