How do set it so a gold mine is entangled at teh start of a game

Could you plese be more specific in what you want... such as do you want it entnageled for a player or what?
 
I guess you could just make a trigger to give a certain gold mine entangel gold mine ablitly and entangled god mine load ability.... might make it entangled...
 
for a less claen soultion creat a wisp at game time- elsped titme is 5 seconds and order it to etngle the mine
 
Just place one...

Object Editor, Units, Night Elf, Melee, Buildings.
There's an "Entangled Gold Mine".
You just need to change the "Placeable in editor" to "true".
